At Urbano Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all brand tags intact to ensure your return is accepted by our quality team.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
